Definitions

 “Corporate Partners” are defined as companies who have registered as an FTE Startup Hub Corporate Partner with the intention of engaging with Startups and fellow Corporate Partners.

Site purpose for Corporate Partners:

Your Corporate Partner profile:

  • Will be published on the FTE Startup Hub website.
  • Will be viewed by other Corporate Partners.
  • Lead contact will be able to update/adjust profile when logged in to the FTE Startup Hub. Updates must be approved by FTE before they go live.

Personal details:

  • Lead contact’s details will be displayed on profile (name, telephone, email).
  • Fellow Corporate Partners will be able to contact lead contact via email or phone.
  • Information will be shared with Future Travel Experience employees for event logistics, registrations and marketing purposes.
  • Contacts will be sent email communications from FTE and the FTE Startup Hub.
  • Personal details can be updated by contacting FTE directly or by logging in to the FTE Startup Hub.
  • Personal details will be retained unless FTE receives a request to remove the details from our database as specified in the section “Right to be forgotten”.

Security

All of information sent to PPS Publications Ltd travels through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information to keep it secure.

Complaints

It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.

We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
